Toilet fittings were very old.don’t accept international credit cards, can be troublesome for tourist if not informed earlier.

Breakfast should have been little more kid friendly. Dosa a simple thing was not available as the South Indian chef was not available. Anybody else could have made that instead of saying the chef is not available.Room was not up to the mark.. ac was not working, fan regulator was not working, bathroom handjet was leaking which made the bathroom wet all the time.. lot more.

had lot of issues with room. my daughter got bitten by honey bee , tv was not working , had issues with tea and water supplies, also had issues with flush tank.overall it was a horrible experience and would never visit it. also did.

Hotel location is good, Staff behavior is also good. Food quality is manageable, rooms are spacious and we'll decorated.
Bathroom are dirty, they not give bucket or mugs for usage , cash is the only possible payment option as card machine are either broke or not used, upi can be accepted but hotel reception will insist for. Ash only. Bed sheets are not being changed and will not get fresh towels as well.

There was no hot water it was'nt cold but was not warm and not hot .
Although we checked in by 11pm, it was quick. Location is OK despite on going Agra Metro construction. Room size excellent and clean but bathroom facilities can be improved. We stayed only for 12hr at the the hotel but had good time. Taj can be seen from rooftop area. Staffs are supportive.
Breakfast choice is limited - I guess for the price it is OK. Swimming pool is very small, it was raining and there was not towels at pool area - opted out swim.
Staff was helpful, Rooms were very good, had fun in pool, food was good too. Overall had a comfortable stay and would recommend people to visit this hotel.Also I would prefer to stay again at this hotel in my next visit to Agra.
The taps were in broken condition. Though minor one compared to all other good facilities but yes still this needs attention and repair.
